Counselling in Pembrokeshire & online
Integrative, pluralistic counselling for adults and young people aged 16+. A grounded space to explore what is happening, understand yourself more deeply and find a way forward that feels like your own.
Sometimes moving forward
starts with being heard.
Therapy that meets you where you are
You may be feeling anxious, stuck, disconnected or under pressure to cope alone. Perhaps you are moving through a change, questioning who you are, or carrying experiences that are difficult to put into words.
My role is not to tell you what to do. We work collaboratively, making space for your story and choosing ways of working that make sense for you.
How I work →There is no single right way to do therapy. A pluralistic approach recognises that different people need different things—and that what helps can change over time.
We agree goals together, talk openly about what is helping and adapt the work as we go. I can draw on person-centred, CBT and psychodynamic approaches without losing sight of the most important part: you.
You are the expert on your own life. Your voice and preferences shape our work.
Conversation, reflection and practical tools can be blended around your needs.
A genuine, non-judgemental relationship where you can show up as you are.

Starting counselling can feel unfamiliar. These are some of the questions people often ask.
Our first session is a chance to talk about what has brought you to counselling, what you would like to be different and whether working together feels right. There is no pressure to share everything at once.
It means therapy is shaped around you. Rather than assuming one approach fits everyone, we can draw from person-centred, CBT and psychodynamic ideas, while regularly checking what feels useful to you.
We meet at an agreed outdoor location in Pembrokeshire and walk at a pace that suits you. Being side by side and in nature can make conversation feel more natural. We discuss privacy, weather and accessibility before we begin.
Yes. Online sessions are held through a secure video platform. I ask that you join from a private space where you feel comfortable speaking freely.
Sessions last 60 minutes and cost £40. Payment and cancellation arrangements are agreed before we begin.
Not at all. You can arrive unsure, overwhelmed or simply curious. We can take time to understand what is happening and decide together where to begin.
